<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Whether it’s for you, a friend, or your living spaces, it helps to have things that will help brighten up your day. Be it in style, comfort, or utility, maybe these recos will help you out!<br><br></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Tatami Floor Chair</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img src="https://old.teamasia.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/tatami-chair-img4.jpg" alt="Tatami Chair" class="wp-image-24186"/><figcaption class="wp-element-caption"><em>Image Source: <a href="https://www.lazada.com.ph/products/surplus-tatami-floor-chair-i1667054493-s7185428379.html?exlaz=d_1:mm_150050845_51350205_2010350205::12:15008424236!132324256527!!!pla-756720060656!c!756720060656!7185428379!277272133&;gclid=Cj0KCQjw8eOLBhC1ARIsAOzx5cFcfwiXTN3hAs4BzW_1LfA13ABxPv-qx4RhszZlpnAZqUuw6f0YshQaAtyWEALw_wcB">Lazada</a></em></figcaption></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">We all need to sit back, relax, and enjoy the holidays. Senior Media Relations Associate Nikeia Salazar particularly loves the Tatami floor chair, a Japanese chair that does not have legs but has a regular chair back. This chair is frequently seen in traditional Japanese rooms with tatami mats, and frequently used to rest beneath warm kotatsu tables.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">She says, “For less than P1,000, this is something you can share with yourself and your loved ones too! Time to slow down and get your well deserved rest with the Tatami Floor Chair. You can bring this handy budol anywhere, too!”<br><br></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">The Everyday Dinnerware Set</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img src="https://old.teamasia.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/the-everyday-dinnerware-set-img5.jpg" alt="Dinnerware" class="wp-image-24187"/><figcaption class="wp-element-caption"><br><br><br><em>Image Source: <a href="https://www.lazada.com.ph/products/the-everyday-dinnerware-set-olive-i1826705464.html">Lazada</a></em></figcaption></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Media Relations Associate Krizia Catapang says that since we are mostly at home, why not spruce up your kitchen via dinnerware sets, complete with plates, utensils, and glasses? She says, “We need more things at home and this is also to amplify the interior of our rooms and our house.”</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">As compared with other gifts on this list, this may come as pricey but if you are looking to enhance your interiors and your comfort, then this is it.<br><br></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Elora Initial Necklace</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img src="https://old.teamasia.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/elora-initial-necklace-img6.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-24188"/><figcaption class="wp-element-caption"><em>Image Source: <a href="https://shopee.ph/Elora-Initial-Necklace-Sun-Sea-Collection-by-TCF-(The-Cleanup-Files)-i.317183702.5786333526">Shopee</a></em></figcaption></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You think jewelry is expensive? Think again. For a cost below P500, the Elora Pearl Initial Necklace is a delicate and utterly gorgeous letter pendant made of carved Mother of Pearl. This is the ideal present for a loved one or something unique to wear on a regular basis, and according to Senior Public Relations Executive Jophie Panganiban, “Gift them a personalized name bar necklace or bracelet, or any item with their name on it, and this will make your loved ones feel more special this holiday.”</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This necklace is just part of the online shop of The CleanUp Files, so if you are looking for bracelets, rings, or anything jewelry, look up their online shop. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Gifts to <em>Drive Passion</em></h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">We’re all passionate about one thing or another. These next set of gifts will surely draw out true passions from you or your friends whether it’s their hobbies or even their inner coffee connoisseur.<br><br></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Jujutsu Kaisen Figures</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img src="https://old.teamasia.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/jujutsu-kaisen-figures-img7.jpg" alt="Jujutsu Kaisen" class="wp-image-24189"/><figcaption class="wp-element-caption"><br><em>Image Source: <a href="https://shopee.ph/Jujutsu-Kaisen-Deformed-Figure-Yuji-Itadori-Nobara-Kugisaki-Satoru-Gojo-Megumi-Fushiguro-i.35499674.13925335084?sp_atk=a812073b-8bd0-4baf-b855-6c1be38f7b32">Shopee</a></em></figcaption></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">“You can never go wrong with toys, especially if it&#8217;s for someone who&#8217;s an anime fan,” says Associate Editor Elton Gagni. “They make for great displays, a model for toy photography, or even a simple source of inspiration everyday.”</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Bring out the child in you with these figurines. They are lightweight and are made up of PVC plastic, which ensures that your toys are durable and crafted well. You can find this item and many more at The Phantom Dibs online shop.<br><br></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Pro Bluetooth Gamepad</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img src="https://old.teamasia.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/pro-bluetooth-gamepad-img8.jpg" alt="pro bluetooth gamepad" class="wp-image-24190"/><figcaption class="wp-element-caption"><em>Image Source: <a href="https://www.lazada.com.ph/products/8bitdo-sn30-pro-bluetooth-gamepad-g-classic-edition-nintendo-switch-i769832352.html">Lazada</a></em></figcaption></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Because he is into games (and if you are, too), Senior Public Relations Executive Lex Fresnido recommends the Pro bluetooth gamepad &#8211; which is a controller that works on the Nintendo Switch, PC, and android phones. A little more than P1,000, some of the features include clickable joysticks, rumbling vibration, motion controls, wireless Bluetooth, a rechargeable battery, home and screenshot buttons, and a USB-C connection.<br><br></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">French Press</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img src="https://old.teamasia.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/french-press-img9.jpg" alt="French Press" class="wp-image-24193"/><figcaption class="wp-element-caption"><em>Image Source: <a href="https://www.lazada.com.ph/products/french-coffeetea-press-800ml-1pack-150g-ground-coffee-arabicabarakorubosta-i1161496432.html">Lazada</a></em></figcaption></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Coffee lovers can take a mouthful out of a French press. Not only does the coffee contain microscopic pieces of coffee grounds that percolate flavor, but the coffee tastes better since the grounds steep rather than filter.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">And for Senior Public Relations Manager Nicolle, “It’s the easiest way to brew a nice cup of coffee!”<br><br></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Gift to <em>Inspire</em></h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">There are days when inspiration can come a bit short so you need a little something to help jog your memory. Why not be playful with your senses and let the inspiration flow.<br><br></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Pumpkin Spice Candle</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img src="https://old.teamasia.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/pumpkin-spice-candle-img10.jpg" alt="Pumpkin Spice Candle" class="wp-image-24194"/><figcaption class="wp-element-caption"><br><em>Image Source: <a href="https://shopee.ph/Pumpkin-Spice-Scented-Candle-100ml-i.11955357.14506107153">Shopee</a></em></figcaption></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Can you already smell that? The pumpkin spice candle has an aroma of pumpkin blended with hints of spicy cinnamon &#8211; reasons for Media Relations Manager Luie Magbanua to love their scents. This candle belongs to an online shop &#8211; Lit Candle Co &#8211; and this company has an array of fragrances to choose from. Want to feel alert? Try its Coffee Candle. How about if you are feeling giddy? Why not pick up the Wintermelon scent?</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Luie says, “The candles are locally made and they have very good scents. I feel like a lot of people will appreciate it.”<br><br></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Photobook</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img src="https://old.teamasia.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/photobook-img11.jpg" alt="photobook" class="wp-image-24195"/><figcaption class="wp-element-caption"><em>Image Source: <a href="https://www.lazada.com.ph/products/11-x-85-medium-landscape-imagewrap-hardcover-photobook-20-pages-photobook-app-exclusive-i1765354793.html">Lazada</a></em></figcaption></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">While most of our photos are stored in our mobile phones or in the cloud, you might want to immortalize your photos through a DIY photobook, powered by Photobook Philippines. All you have to do is upload your photos on the app, choose the cover you want, add a message to the cover, and choose the kind of paper and packaging you want. It’s super customized!</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">According to Senior Content Creator Madge Resurreccion, she likes giving friends and families this gift because photo albums never get old and they have something tangible for their memories. “They also feel extra loved and appreciated when you give a customized photo book to them,” she says.<br><br></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Essential Oils</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img src="https://old.teamasia.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/essential-oil-img12.jpg" alt="Essential Oil" class="wp-image-24196"/><figcaption class="wp-element-caption"><em>Image Source: <a href="https://shopee.ph/500ml-Diffuser-essential-oil-gift-set-i.263052494.9803502497">Shopee</a></em></figcaption></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If you want to relax or get a good rub, these essential oils can help you soothe your mood, and relieve tension and anxiety &#8211; for just below P500. It brings about fresh air, quickly removes unpleasant odors, and peculiar smells, and maintains fragrance for a long time, creating a romantic atmosphere.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Each essential oil is packaged in a 10ml amber brown container that keeps the oil fresh and prevents photodegradation. Public Relations Manager Steph Francisco says, “I think everyone needs to have some relaxation after all the stress from this pandemic drama.”<br><br></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Gifts to <em>Think Big</em></h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Thinking big does not always mean you have to come up with ideas. It can also be about planning ahead or even enriching your mind and body, and our final set of gift recos may just be what you need.<br><br></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Filed Planner</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img src="https://old.teamasia.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/filed-planner-img13.jpg" alt="Filed Planner" class="wp-image-24197"/><figcaption class="wp-element-caption"><em>Image Source: <a href="https://shopee.ph/Filed-2021-Scribble-Journal-i.206106981.3658802270">Shopee</a></em></figcaption></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">There are planners, and then, there are filed planners that can help us not only organize but inspire us to do our best. Media Relations Manager Jen Suguitan says she loves the monthly prompts and health trackers that this planner offers.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">“I like to spice up my pages with stickers and practice my calligraphy skills, as well as of course writing my day to day to-dos” she says. “I&#8217;d recommend this to people who are finding it hard to differentiate the days because of pandemic fatigue or those who are overwhelmed with tasks at work. Sometimes, writing your thoughts and feelings, or even your tasks can help you ease in a hectic work week or can help ground you. Best of all, since this planner is undated, you can start anytime.”<br><br></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Educational and Historical Books</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img src="https://old.teamasia.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/historical-book-img14.jpg" alt="Educational and Historical Books" class="wp-image-24198"/><figcaption class="wp-element-caption"><em>Image Source: Shopee <a href="https://shopee.ph/Ito-ang-Diktadura-Non-Fiction-i.26964017.2047316783">(1)</a>, <a href="https://shopee.ph/What-Kids-Should-Know-About-Andres-and-the-Katipunan-Non-Fiction-i.26964017.2047265796">(2)</a>, <a href="https://shopee.ph/Ako-ang-Bayan-Non-Fiction-i.26964017.2047329630">(3)</a></em></figcaption></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In this age of mis- and disinformation, especially on social media, kids (and adults alike) need all the help they can get to learn about and understand history, the government, and citizenship including our rights and freedom. For Senior Content Creator Ralph Hernandez, these books come in the form of: Ito ang Diktadura (P149), What Kids Should Know About Andres and the Katipunan (P149), and Ako ang Bayan (P250).<br><br></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Resistance Bands Set</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img src="https://old.teamasia.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/resistance-bands-set-img15.jpg" alt="Fitness Resistance Bands" class="wp-image-24199"/><figcaption class="wp-element-caption"><em>Image Source: <a href="https://shopee.ph/Fast-Shipping-11pcs-Set-Resistance-Band-Body-Fitness-Rope-Equipment-Pull-Rope-Latex-Fitness-Resistance-Bands-For-Home-Elastic-Exercises-i.269756661.6136268221">Shopee</a></em></figcaption></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">And of course, sharing my gift recommendation as well. Since I am into fitness, I recommend buying some resistance bands for your loved ones. Not only can these strengthen your immune system, but can also build you some muscles. The bands offer a low resistance of 10 lbs and can go up to 30 lbs, depending on your fitness level. For maximum weight and heavier pull, you ; can also squeeze these bands together</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Remember that keeping healthy and having a strong immune system should be our top priority nowadays.<br><br></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The bottom line is even if these are on sale during this coming 12.12, always be wise and prudent in spending your hard-earned money. Also, keep in mind that these are just recommendations from the Content Team to help you draw out inspiration for your gifting ideas. Happy holidays and happy shopping! </p>
