<p>StarTek Employee Perks provides discounts and freebies to the company’s employees. The program is meant to encourage maintaining and continually improving productivity ratings, show appreciation for top performers, and attract new hires. The success of such in-house recruitment and retention programs is evident in the fast ramp up of StarTek’s second hub, which opened in April in the Ortigas commercial center. The facility currently has approximately 700 employees. The company employs more than 2,000 agents in the Makati and Ortigas facilities combined.</p>
